Loose glitters built around light. Reflective glitter throws light straight back at its source, so it flares in direct light and under a camera flash; Reflective shimmer is a colour shifting glitter with added reflective sparkle; Holographic splits light into rainbow sparkle. Mix into a clear base or nail polish, or press onto a tacky layer.
