Magnetic powders for cat eye, velvet and glass bead finishes. Mix into a clear base or nail polish, apply your coat, then hold a magnet close while it is still wet: a bar magnet draws the classic cat eye stripe, while multi-point and plate magnets give velvet and glass bead effects. The effect is strongest over a dark base.
