Delicate iridescent flakes that look almost clear in the jar, then wake up over black: the flash travels from electric royal blue through deep indigo into violet as the light and viewing angle change, with tiny cyan sparks through the mix. Over white or pale bases they soften to a subtle lilac shimmer. Highly concentrated: a small pinch gives a strong, full coverage effect.

How to use
These are loose raw flakes, ready to mix into your own projects. Popular uses: nail art (press onto tacky gel or mix into a clear base or nail polish), resin and epoxy, polymer clay, and art media. Start with a tiny amount and build up - a little goes a long way. Flakes sit best applied to a tacky layer, then sealed with a top coat for a smooth finish. The flakes are delicate on purpose: rub them between your fingertips and they break down into a finer flake, or keep going and they condense into a single-shade shimmer powder - one jar, a whole range of textures. Handle gently if you want to keep the biggest statement pieces whole.
