DSH01 - Gunmetal Silver Diamond Shimmer

A large particle high sparkle shimmer in gunmetal silver. Diamond grades are all about the sparkle: bigger particles than a fine shimmer, so every bit of light comes back as a distinct glint. The colour sits between silver and charcoal, darker than a chrome silver, and it reads the same over any base. A little goes a long way in any clear medium.

How to use

A loose raw shimmer powder, ready to mix into your own projects. Popular uses: makeup (gorgeous in lipstick and highlighters), nail art (rub over tacky gel for a smooth sparkle finish, or mix into a clear base or nail polish), resin and epoxy, polymer clay, and art media. Start small and build up. The colour reads the same over any base; seal with a top coat to finish.

Calcium Aluminum Borosilicate, Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891), Tin Oxide (CI 77861).

Safety

This is a high quality raw pigment, not a finished cosmetic product. Avoid breathing in loose powder or flakes and work in a well-ventilated space. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not use on broken skin, and stop use if irritation occurs. If you are making products to sell, it is your responsibility to confirm this pigment is permitted for your intended use in your market.

Good to know

Colours on screen are a guide only: the finish depends on your screen, your base colour, and the medium you mix into. Sold by weight, not volume - flakes and shimmers are feather-light, so even a small weight fills a surprising amount of jar. Store sealed, cool and dry, out of direct sunlight.
