RGL01 - Silver Reflective Glitter

A plain reflective glitter in silver, built to throw light straight back at whatever is lighting it. In ordinary light it is a fine, bright silver glitter; under direct sun or a camera flash the whole surface lights up white at once.

How to use

A loose raw glitter, ready to mix into your own projects. Popular uses: nail art (mix into a clear base or nail polish, or press onto a tacky layer for dense coverage), resin and epoxy, polymer clay, and art media. Reflective glitter is built to throw light straight back at its source, so it is at its brightest in direct light and under a camera flash. Seal with a top coat: a generous one, since glitter needs more than a flat colour to level out smooth.

Ingredients

Polyurethane Acrylate, Epoxy Acrylate, Polyester Acrylate, Acrylic Monomer, Aluminum (CI 77000).

Safety

This is a high quality raw pigment, not a finished cosmetic product. Avoid breathing in loose powder or flakes and work in a well-ventilated space. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not use on broken skin, and stop use if irritation occurs. If you are making products to sell, it is your responsibility to confirm this pigment is permitted for your intended use in your market.

Good to know

Colours on screen are a guide only: the finish depends on your screen, your base colour, and the medium you mix into. Sold by weight, not volume - flakes and shimmers are feather-light, so even a small weight fills a surprising amount of jar. Store sealed, cool and dry, out of direct sunlight.
